Our Policy for Returns
It is our highest priority that our customers get the most out of our products. All our orders carry a Satisfaction Guarantee of 30 days so that you can buy from us with peace of mind. Read on for our policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you change your mind about the product, you will have the option to return it within 30 days after delivery.
In order to qualify for a return and refund, please contact our customer service department first to arrange it. Returns should arrive in their original condition, unopened and sealed. When you contact our Support team, a customer service representative will provide you with instructions on how to return the order to our warehouse before receiving a full refund. The item needs to be returned within 30 days of arranging the return.
Please ensure that you are able to provide a receipt of confirmation and proof of payment for your original order. We may not be able to identify your return or process your refund without the required information. Return costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Also, note that refunds may take up to ten days to reflect after the return has been approved and processed and can only be made to the original payment method.
In order to protect the safety of our customers and our warehouse staff, we do not accept partially used, opened, or perishable items for return.

Replacements and Damaged Items
Please contact our Support Team if your shipment has arrived damaged. In order to qualify for a replacement, be sure to provide photos and a clear description of any damage to the products or packaging.
